Cheesy Pizza Cups

I truly believe that pizza is one of the greatest food inventions. Don’t you agree? I know there are people out there who do not like pizza…I am sorry. But for those of you who do, I have a pizza-inspired recipe for you today…Pizza Cups! These are tested and approved by some harsh critics…the Walker Boys!

Pizza Cups

First you need to gather your ingredients, ground beef, pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, pizza seasoning and wonton wrappers.

Pizza Cups

You want to heat your oven to 375 degrees and spray 18 muffin pans with cooking spray. Next brown the ground beef in a skillet with the pizza seasoning and mix with the pizza sauce. Yum.

Pizza Cups

Place 1 wonton skin in each muffin cup.

Pizza Cups

Divide half of ground beef evenly among muffin cups. Top each with about 1 tablespoon cheese.

Pizza Cups

Repeat layers starting with second wonton skin.

I am not sure about the phyllo dough (I haven’t used that a great deal) but I bet it would work if you layered it a little more…like two pieces at a time to make it thicker. Let me know if it works!
