Have I told you lately that I love my cast iron skillet? I have found so many things to do with that incredibly heavy pan that I had no idea could be done! There are three desserts that I created for Pillsbury that were especially good and especially easy.
How about a giant chocolate chip cookie? All you need is cookie dough and a skillet. Boom. Done. Delicious.
The next two were developed using Pillsbury cinnamon rolls. I mean, come on, Pillsbury cinnamon rolls could be on my breakfast table any time. And besides the fact that I hate opening those cans (scary…like a jack in the box…shiver) these desserts simply add some fruit to jazz them up from tasty to deliciously tasty! Try the Blueberry Cinnamon Skillet Pizza or the Caramel Apple!
