Might as Well Face It…I’m Addicted to Scents
I am addicted to fragrances. I love, love, love them. One of my favorite shopping trips with my bestie involves hours in Bath and Body Works or the deoderant aisle at Wal-Mart smelling all the varieties. 
My grandma always told me that I needed to pick a signature scent…but I just can’t! There are so many wonderful ones, I just can’t make up my mind!
My current scent obsessions are (and not in any order)…
Pure Grace by Philosophy – darn QVC and jumbo size bottles of lotion and spray. It is clean and really fresh.
Japanese Cherry Blossom by Bath and Body Works – I have loved this for a long long time. This is the scent that Maggie smells like when she hangs out with me or the Cuties smell and say, “Smells like Jess.”
Happy by Clinque – my all-time favorite perfume. I got a HUGE bottle in Grand Cayman, duty free. I was a happy girl.
Secret Wonderland by Bath and Body Works candle – It is deliciously delicious.
Sparkle of Spring and Bring on the Blossoms by Glade – These new air freshener fragrances are so flowerly and subtle. I was so happy to find them on sale at Target…and I had coupons!
And speaking of the Glade fragrances….I am giving some away!!

Ok, so I will be the first to put something odd…. not a surprise! My favortie scent is the smell of the top of my 2 year olds head…. his scent with just a touch of baby shampoo… I know… strange… but for the sake of anyone reading thinking I am a complete freak… I did find a body spray at Kmart of all places that I LOVE the smell of.. it is called white musk fantasy… very light and sweet! … now… give me that glade!!! There's absolutely nothing better than the smell of freshly baked bread, no matter the time…morning or night!
Most people don't like the smell….but, marigolds!
I love the smell of lilacs. It reminds me of my old bedroom growing up. There was a HUGE lilac bush right outside my window. It made my room smell nice, but it made sneaking out my window a bitch.
I love the smell of a wood burning fire. So many memories tied to the scent.

Another one to add to the strange column – my favorite scent is paint thinner. My dad used to be an industrial painter and when he'd come home, he'd throw his winter coat on the couch. I'd curl up under it and could always smell the paint thinner, mixed with gasoline. Such a strange smell, but it brings me joy and comfort.

Coco Mademoiselle – I like to think of this as my signature fragrance. Love the spicy notes!
Right now, my scent is Eucalyptus Mint from the Aromatherapy section at Bath and Body Works, or anything that is in my Scentsy pot…It may be just a soothing type of smell for right now. Ask me in a couple months and it might be sun tan lotion! =)
My favorite smell is my charcoal grill on a summer day!
